“HAWK holding” is an Egyptian joint stock holding company established in 2008 to work in the field of recycling & transport of individuals under the name “Hanin Italian Services”.
In 2009, “HAWK Holding” entered the field of tourism Real Estate investment and invested in “Belle Vue Tourist Resort“ Ras Sedr, in the Gulf of Suez through its subsidiary “HAWK Commercial Centers”.
“HAWK Holding” also invested in industrial and commercial activity through its subsidiary “HAWK for Industrial and Commercial Investments”, by fertilizer trade, packaging and wrapping activity to include the organic fertilizer sector, and the volume of fertilizer trade reached approximately 200mn EGP annually.
“HAWK Holding” seeks to expand in the coming period by establishing a plant to produce nitrogenous fertilizers “Urea” and also establishing an industrial complex specializing in the food industry.
“HAWK holding” seeks to increase its capital through Pre IPO and listing the company on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.

    Establishing the company and working in the recycling services sector

    Starting investment in the field of Tourism Real Estate by purchasing 75% of the units of the BelleVue tourism resort in RasSedr in the Gulf of Suez.

    Expanding and change the name to HAWK for investments and Development

  • 2021

    Capital increase from 9mn EGP to 67mn EGP with the entry of a large segment of shareholders, more than 300 shareholders.

  • 2022

    Expansion in the field of trade and agriculture

     

  • 2024

    Increasing capital to 132mn EGP  and entering the retail trade by establishing retail stores and an electronic application.

  • 2025

    Listing and Offering on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. IPO
