“HAWK for Investments & Development” is an Egyptian joint stock holding company established in 2008 to work in the field of recycling under the name “Hanin Italian Services”.
In 2009, “HAWK for Investments & Development” entered the field of tourism Real Estate investment and invested in “BelleVue Tourist Resort“ RasSedr, in the Gulf of Suez through its subsidiary “HAWK Commercial Centers”.
The company also invested in industrial and commercial activity through its subsidiary “HAWK for Industrial and Commercial Investments”, by acquiring “Kunooz Plastic“, a well-established company in the field of plastics manufacturing since 2000.
By acquiring “Kunooz Plastic“, “HAWK” expanded its fertilizer trade, packaging and wrapping activity to include the organic fertilizer sector, and the volume of fertilizer trade reached approximately 400mn EGP annually.
HAWK Investments also entered the retail trade field by building an electronic platform for food and supermarket trade and starting to open 3 outlets to cover the areas of (Nasr City – Heliopolis – 5th settlement).

Increasing capital to 132mn EGP and acquiring “Kunooz Plastic” Company and entering the retail trade by establishing retail stores and an electronic application.
